My dress is too big in the bust but fits everywhere else. Can that be fixed?
Usually yes. A bust that gapes is taken in through the side seams or the princess seams, and cups or boning can be added so the bodice holds its own shape instead of relying on the strap. It is one of the most common bridal alterations and rarely disturbs the rest of the fit.
